Mark an order as on the way (dispatch)
Tell the customer their order is out for delivery, with an ETA.
When an order is ready and leaving your shop, open it and tap "Mark as on the way".
Pick an estimated arrival (for example Same day, or 1 to 2 days) and the delivery method.
The customer gets an "on the way" email with your ETA, and your storefront shows a live banner on their order.
