Move an order through production

Each order moves through stages: Confirmed → Deposit paid → In production → Fitting → Balance pending → Completed → Delivered.

Open the order and tap the status to advance it. The customer is notified at each step by email.

Only move to a stage once it’s actually true. Customers see these updates.
